• Contractor application data — business name, contact name, email, phone, parish, and message submitted via the Contractor Program application form.
• Usage data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) and edge network for security and operational purposes.
• Preference data — products you save to your wishlist.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the Platform to function (authentication session cookies). We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. If you disable essential cookies, you will not be able to log in to your account.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase Inc. (database and authentication) — data stored in US-East AWS region.
• Vercel Inc. (hosting and edge network) — processes request logs including IP addresses.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Account data — retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
• Inquiry records — retained for 3 years for business record-keeping purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
• Contractor applications — retained for 2 years, then deleted.
• Server logs (IP addresses) — retained by Vercel for up to 30 days in accordance with their data processing agreement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).
